I spent one year in the United States as an exchange student at a public high school and graduated. After returning to Japan, I completed training in simultaneous interpretation and then worked for foreign investment firms in Tokyo. I later ran my own English language school in Japan for eight years, teaching students from young children to adults. I moved to the Netherlands in 1997 and began offering private English and Japanese lessons in 2002. From 2014, I ran the Japanese restaurant YAMA in Rotterdam for about ten years, earning a Michelin star in 2023. After closing the restaurant in 2024, I relaunched English and Japanese lessons, along with workshops and events introducing Japanese culture.

アメリカの公立高校に交換留学し、現地での生活と学業を通して英語を習得。帰国後、通訳ガイド養成所・同時通訳課を修了し、外資系金融機関に勤務。

結婚を機に退職後、英語教室を8年間経営し、幼児から大人まで指導。

1997年に渡蘭。2002年より英語個人レッスンを再開。

2014年から約10年間、日本食レストランを経営し、2023年にミシュラン一つ星を獲得。運営を通じて実務およびマネジメント経験を培う。

2026年より、英語・日本語レッスン、日本文化に関するワークショップやイベント企画を開始。
